The whole rack

Every piece we make, line by line. Push a rail sideways to see the rest of it.

The walk you take every day

Not a campaign, not a studio. One ordinary morning, one dog, one lead that has been through two winters and looks better for it.

This is the whole proposition. Leather that ages into the shape of the animal wearing it, hardware you can inspect with a thumb, and a size that came off a tape measure rather than out of a breed chart.

Three things, in order

01

Measure, do not guess

A soft tape around the neck, or around the chest behind the front legs, plus two fingers of room. Breed is not a size.

How to measure
02

Match the width to the number

The width band follows from the centimetres you measured and from how the dog walks. Three answers, no scrolling through forty.

Size & pull check
03

Check the hardware before every walk

Buckle, D-ring, stitching. Leather and metal age; the check takes five seconds and is the whole maintenance routine.

Safety & inspection

What we will not sell you

German animal welfare law forbids training devices that work through pain. We hold to that as a permanent rule rather than a stock decision: no electric collars, no prong collars, no unlimited slip collars, no spray or ultrasonic devices. Not now, not on request.

The one slip-style collar we make is a martingale with a mechanical stop, so the loop closes to a set point and no further. It says so on the product page and it is built that way.

We also make no claim about your dog’s health, behaviour or comfort that we cannot show you. No pest-control claims, no calm-your-dog claims, no promise that a piece of leather teaches anything.

Where we have not yet had a batch of hardware tested, the pull figure on the page reads as pending rather than as a number we invented.

Solid brass, riveted through both leather layers. Every load-bearing piece lists its hardware material, and the test certificate status, on its own page.

Nothing here fits every dog

43 pieces, six widths, and a fixed set of circumference bands. If your measurement falls outside all of them, we would rather quote you a made-to-measure piece than sell you the closest size and have it come back.
