Free shipping threshold
- Free standard shipping applies to orders of €90 or more within Germany, and €150 or more to the other EU destinations we ship to.
- The threshold is measured on the goods total including VAT, after any discount code has been applied, and excluding the shipping charge itself.
- It applies to our standard service only. An upgraded service is charged at the difference.
- If a partial return takes the order below the threshold, the shipping we waived is deducted from the refund. The amount is shown before the refund is issued.
- No end date. If we change or withdraw it, the terms in force are the ones published here.
First-order code
- Where a first-order code is issued, it is valid once per customer and once per delivery address.
- It applies to the goods total, not to shipping, and not to a made-to-measure quote.
- It cannot be combined with another code. Only one code applies per order.
- It has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and is not refundable.
- Its validity period is stated on the code itself. An expired code cannot be reinstated after an order is placed.
- On a return, the refund is the amount you actually paid — the discount is not refunded as cash and the code is not reissued.
Set pricing
- The three sets are priced below the total of their parts. Each set page states the separate-purchase total so the saving is checkable rather than asserted.
- A set is one article. Individual pieces cannot be swapped or removed for a lower price; order the pieces separately if you want a different combination.
- Where a set includes an engraved tag, the engraving fee is included in the set price. That also makes the set a personalised article: it is then excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal like any other engraved item. Order the set without engraving if you want to keep the withdrawal right.
- A set is returned complete or not at all.
Reference prices and struck-through prices
Where a price is shown struck through, it is the price we ourselves charged for that item over a sustained period immediately before the reduction, in line with § 11 PAngV. It is never a recommended retail price we invented, never a competitor’s price, and never a figure set solely to make a reduction look larger.
Where a price has been reduced more than once within 30 days, the reference shown is the lowest price applied in those 30 days, as the Price Indication Ordinance requires.
The email list
- Free, optional, and not required to order.
- Double opt-in: you confirm by clicking a link in an email before we send anything else.
- Unsubscribe link in every message; one click, no reason needed, effective immediately.
- We do not sell or share the list, and there is no charge of any kind attached to it.
What this shop does not run
No subscriptions, no memberships, no paid tiers, no stored balance, no points scheme, no automatic renewals and no free trial that converts into a charge. Nothing on this site can bill you a second time. Every order is a single outright purchase.

- Offers apply while stocks last and only to orders placed through this website.
- Offers are for consumers; we may exclude wholesale or resale quantities.
- We may end or amend a promotion at any time for future orders. Orders already placed under it are unaffected.
- Where an offer conflicts with these terms, the more favourable outcome for the consumer applies.
